Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A room, dining, event or hospitality arrangement is confirmed only when the hotel team accepts the request and provides the relevant booking details. Availability depends on date, service format and hotel capacity.

Indicative prices are shown in NZD and may vary by date, room type, guest requirements, event format, service availability and confirmed arrangements. The hotel team will confirm final details before a booking is completed.

Dining and event information is provided for enquiry planning. Menus, venue setup, service times, staffing and capacity depend on the selected date, room setup and event format. Capacity is confirmed by the hotel team for each enquiry.

The casino hall is an adults-only amenity within the hotel. Porgess applies a 20+ access rule for casino gaming areas. Guests must follow staff instructions, responsible gambling guidance and any identification or access checks required by law or hotel policy. All casino hall questions are handled as hotel visit information, and any practical details are confirmed directly with the hotel team.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests and hotel property. Porgess may refuse service, cancel access or ask a guest to leave where conduct is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, disruptive or inconsistent with responsible hospitality.

Cancellation, change, payment and no-show terms are confirmed with the relevant booking or event arrangement. Please review the terms provided by the hotel team before confirming a booking.

The Porgess name, logo, website design, text, visual assets, room descriptions and layout are owned by or licensed to Porgess unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, republished or reused without written permission.

Porgess aims to keep website content accurate and current, but information may change. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Porgess is not liable for loss resulting from reliance on general website information without confirming details with the hotel team.

For use of the website and services promoted to visitors in Hungary, these terms are interpreted in line with applicable Hungarian law and mandatory EU consumer protection rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
