We collect the details you provide in forms or direct communications: name, email address, phone number, enquiry type, preferred date, message content, room preferences, dining or event details, VIP hospitality requests and practical visit information. If your enquiry concerns the casino hall, we may record whether you confirmed that access is restricted to adults under the Porgess house rule.

We process personal data to respond to enquiries, take steps before a booking or service arrangement, manage guest communications, prepare room, dining, event or hospitality information, maintain security, keep business records and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases may include steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a hotel and responding to guests, legal obligations, and consent for optional analytics, marketing cookies or marketing communications.

The casino hall is an adults-only hotel amenity. Porgess applies a 20+ access rule for casino gaming areas. Where the law or hotel procedures require eligibility checks, staff may ask for appropriate confirmation before access.
